We are shipping via the Finnish Post Office.
Shipping costs:
Finland Free, EU 17€, Norway 25€, Outside EU 35€, Canada 35€, USA 50€
SHIPPING
Your order should be delivered within 10 working days following order confirmation.
RETURNS
We provide our customers with a full product guarantee. If you have been sent the wrong product or if your product is faulty/damaged it will be replaced with a new one.
Furthermore, we offer you a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund provided you have returned the product unused. If you would like to return a product, contact us before you do that.
DELIVERY DATES

UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply a charge of 9.90 € to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.

International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us at MR, please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
